1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In the event of delays due to high demand, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (within Pakistan): 2–5 business days for major cities, 4–7 business days for remote areas.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.
  • International shipping is not available at this time

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
  • Tracking availability may depend on the courier partner.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery one time at the provided address.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to Sayaz. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Risk & Responsibility

  • Ownership of the products passes to the customer once the order is delivered and signed/received at the designated address.
  • Sayaz is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or any external factors outside our control.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our customer support with details.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 24 hours with photos so we can take appropriate action.
