At Sayaz, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted footwear and are committed to providing you with products that meet the highest standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice).
- Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrectly supplied).
2. Return Process

- Once your request is reviewed, our customer care team will provide instructions for shipping or drop-off.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for size or style adjustments within the 7-day return window, subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
6. Exceptions & Legal Rights
- Sayaz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
